- Controls acne and improves the appearance of acne scars
- Softens fine lines and wrinkles
- Stimulates the production of collagen and elastin for firmer, brighter, and more youthful skin

How many treatments will I need?
How should I prepare for the treatment?
- Prep with the products recommended by your practitioner. Some peels require prepping with retinol and hydroquinone products to reduce the risk of hyperpigmentation. It’s best to consult with your provider to find out what products are required for your peel prep.
- Wear Sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher)
- Stop the use of Retinol one week prior to your chemical peel.
- Stop the use of physical scrubs, exfoliating brushes or scrubs, peel pad, AHA/BHA products one week before your peel.
- Avoid sun exposure
- If anything changes in your medical history, please alert your provider prior to your scheduled appointment.
What should I expect the day of treatment?
- The treatment will start by cleansing and degreasing the skin. We will remove all makeup and thoroughly cleanse the treatment area.
- Next, we will apply the peel solution evenly to the entire treatment area. The first application will allow for the numbing ingredients to take effect. It may sting slightly. Multiple layers of the peel will be applied until the entire solution is applied to the skin.
- The peel solution will remain on the skin for at least six hours.
What should I expect post treatment?
Days1-2: The treated area will feel tight and may appear darker. The day of the treatment is “Day 1”.
Days 3-6: Peeling generally begins on Day 3. Do not rub, pick, or pull on the peeling skin. Let the peeling process
occur naturally.
Days 7 and after: The peeling process is generally complete. Mild sloughing may still be occurring in some treated areas.
