Cancellation & Late Policy
Need to Cancel? Going to be late?
No problem. Just let us know in advance.
Effective September 1, 2022
We value your time and strive to provide the best possible experience. At Glow Aesthetics Center & Merle Norman your appointments are very important to us. We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled. We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24-hours in advance. If you do not cancel in advance, you will be charged $50 for missing your appointment with your on-file credit card.
No-Show Policy
If you no-show without notice on the day of your appointment we will charge you 50% of your booked service price or $100 for injectable services.
Late Policy
- If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your treatment if there is insufficient time to complete it.
- For facial appointments, arriving late may result in a shortened service time.
- If you are 15 minutes or more late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
Credit Card On-File
As of September 1st, 2022 we will ask all clients to add a credit card on file for our cancellation and no-show policies.
